St. Patrick’s Day Cannabis Cocktail

For those wanting to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style, look no further than this delicious, Irish whiskey cocktail.

Impress your friends with this sweet, refreshing drink – topped off with a cannabis tincture to keep things extra interesting!

For the Honey Syrup:

1/2 ounce hot water

1/2 ounce honey

For the Cocktail:

2 ounces Irish whiskey, such as Jameson

3/4 ounce freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon

1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth

1/2 ounce honey syrup

Seltzer, chilled

5 drops of Humboldt Apothecary Brain Tonic tincture

Garnish: lemon twist


For the Honey Syrup: Stir together hot water and honey until honey dissolves.

For Each Cocktail: Add whiskey, lemon, sweet vermouth, tincture, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon twist.

As with all cannabis products, start small. These tinctures can sometimes take up to a couple hours before you feel their full affects. Every body is different, so keep this in mind when dosing!
